PMT කාර්යය[1] මූල්‍ය Excel ශ්‍රිත යටතේ වර්ගීකරණය කර ඇත. නිශ්චිත කාල සීමාවක් තුළ ස්ථාවර පොලී අනුපාතයක් සහිත ණයක් හෝ ආයෝජනයක් පියවීමට අවශ්‍ය සම්පූර්ණ ගෙවීම (ප්‍රධාන සහ පොලී) ගණනය කිරීමට ශ්‍රිතය උපකාරී වේ.
